Abstract
Procedimiento dinámico de medición de la luminancia y retrorreflexión de las marcas viales y del balizamiento y obtención de las dimensiones de las mismas desde un vehículo que circula por la vía, iluminando la zona de interés, conociendo la posición del vehículo, midiendo la luminancia mediante un sensor de luz, en una sola pasada, a distancias o a intervalos conocidos, identificando y extrayendo una o varias marcas viales y del balizamiento simultáneamente en cada medición de luminancia mediante algoritmos, referenciando la luminancia tanto geométrica como temporalmente, así como, la obtención de la forma, posición y dimensiones de las mismas, y el dispositivo para llevar a cabo dicho procedimiento, el cual incluye una fuente luminosa, un sistema de posicionamiento global del vehículo, un sensor de luz, una cámara, un procesador de datos y un dispositivo de almacenamiento de datos.
