Abstract
Para permitir que los clasificadores hagan un contenido de apariencia óptima de las escenas HDR para varias pantallas de representación, los inventores han inventado un codificador de imagen (202) que comprende: una entrada (240) para una imagen de entrada de rango dinámico alto (M_HDR); una unidad de gradación de imagen (201) arreglada para permitir que un clasificador de color humano especifique un mapeo de color de una representación (HDRRLP) de la imagen de entrada de rango dinámico alto definido de acuerdo con una precisión predefinida, para una imagen de rango dinámico bajo (Im_LDR) por medio de un algoritmo de mapeo de color determinado por humano, y arreglado para enviar datos que especifican el mapeo de color (Fi(MP_DH)); y una unidad de gradación automática (203) arreglada para derivar una segunda imagen de rango dinámico bajo (GT_IDR) al aplicar un algoritmo de mapeo de color automático a una de la imagen de entrada de rango dinámico alto (M_HDR) o la imagen de rango dinámico bajo (Im_LDR). También los inventores describen y están interesados en una nueva estrategia de procesamiento de saturación útiles en la tecnología de manejo de imágenes de rango dinámico alto que recientemente emerge.
