Abstract
Se describen métodos y técnicas para proporcionar características de fabricación favorables para elementos ópticos. Un método incluye proporcionar un diseño de elemento informático integrado (lCE) deseado que comprende múltiples capas, donde cada capa tiene un esposor de diseño, aleatorizar el espesor de diseño de cada capa del diseño de ICE deseado para simular un error de fabricación en cada capa, generando de ese modo múltiples diseños de ICE aleatorizados, calcular un error estándar de calibración entre cada diseño de ICE aleatorizado y el diseño de ICE deseado, correlacionar el error estándar de calibración entre una capa dada del diseño de ICE deseado y el error de fabricación de cada capa correspondiente de cada diseño de lCE aleatorizado, y clasificar las múltiples capas del diseño de lCE deseado en función de la sensibilidad a los cambios en el error estándar de calibración.
