Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una estructura de capa para terapia dérmica con radionúclido (braquiterapia) de un paciente que comprende una capa adherente próxima desde la perspectiva del paciente para aplicar la estructura de capa en la superficie de la piel a ser tratada de un paciente; una capa portadora transparente, flexible que desde la perspectiva del paciente se localiza en una dirección distal sobre la capa adherente; y al menos una capa emisora que contiene el radionúclido localizada sobre la capa portadora, la capa adherente y la capa portadora con respecto a sus componentes y grosor se forma de tal manera que son esencialmente transparentes para radiación ß y radiación y. La estructura de capa de acuerdo con la invención es particularmente adecuada para el tratamiento radioterapéutico de carcinoma de célula basal (BCC) y de carcinoma de célula escamosa (SCC). Con la ayuda de la estructura de capa de acuerdo con la invención, las lesiones en la piel geométricamente complejas causadas por un tumor, como aparecen, por ejemplo, en el borde exterior de la aurícula, en el área de los ojos, o a través del pliegue naso-labial, pueden tratarse fácilmente. Al hacer esto, se aplica una dosis de radiación constante sobre la lesión completa según la fuente de radiación en todo lugar está a una distancia igual en la superficie de la piel que se va a tratar.
