Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir recombinantemente un polipéptido en una célula bacteriana caracterizado porque comprende la etapa de cultivar una célula bacteriana la cual comprende un ácido nucleico que codifica para el polipéptido, y recuperar el polipéptido de la célula bacteriana o del medio de cultivo, en donde cada uno de los residuos aminoácidos del polipéptido es codificado por el menos un codón , por lo que uno o varios de los codones que codifican para el mismo residuo aminoácido se combinan en un grupo y cada uno de los codones en un grupo se define por una frecuencia de uso específica dentro del grupo, la cual es la frecuencia con la cual un codón único de un grupo de codones puede ser encontrado en un ácido nucleico que codifica para un polipéptido en relación a todos los codones de un grupo, por lo que la suma de las frecuencias de uso específicas de todos los codones en un grupo es 100%, en donde la frecuencia de uso general de cada codón en el genoma de la célula es aproximadamente el mismo que su frecuencia de uso específico dentro de su grupo.
