Abstract

Se proporciona un dispositivo sensor para uso en la detección de corriente en un conductor; el sensor incluye un sustrato no magnético definiendo una abertura estructurada para recibir un conductor en este, una bobina que comprende una pluralidad de vueltas alrededor sobre al menos una porción del sustrato y un alojamiento para encerrar el sustrato y la bobina; el alojamiento incluye un material dieléctrico que tiene una constante dieléctrica y colocado junto a la bobina y por lo menos parcialmente dentro de la abertura tal que el material dieléctrico está dispuesto entre la bobina y el conductor cuando el conductor se recibe a través de la abertura y por lo menos un espaciador junto a la abertura para facilitar el mantener una posición de la bobina en relación con el conductor, en donde cada uno de los espaciadores es colocado desviado del material dieléctrico tal que cada uno de los espaciadores no se extienda radialmente entre la bobina y el conductor.
