Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición blanqueadora en polvo para bebidas, que comprende una mezcla grasa que tiene la siguiente composición por 100 g de grasa: de 12 g a 17 g de ácido láurico, de 28 g a 37 g de ácido palmítico, de 23 g a 31 g de ácidos grasos cis mono insaturados, y de 5 g a 8 g de ácidos grasos cis poli-insaturados, en donde los ácidos grasos saturados representan de 57 g a 65 g por 100 g del contenido de grasa. También se describen bebidas solubles y listas para beber.
