Abstract
La tecnología de reacondicionamiento utiliza salmuera presurizada de RO convencional para alimentar una unidad de Desalinización de Circuito Cerrado (CCD); en donde la desalinización adicional toma lugar a un nivel deseado de recuperación. La aplicación ejemplificada en la Figura 4 es una unidad de reacondicinamiento que comprende una bomba de refuerzo (BP2) para aumentar la presión de la alimentación de entrada; una bomba de circulación (CP) para crear flujo transversal sobre las en el recipiente de presión (M), para permitir de este modo la desalinizacióm eficiente de RO; una válvula accionada (AV) en línea con una válvula manual parcialmente abierta (MV) para permitir el reemplazo periódico de concentrados de alta salinidad con alimentación fresca sin detener la desalinización; un medio de válvula sin retorno (NR) para controlar la dirección de flujo en el sistema; y un medio de monitoreo tal como de la conductividad eléctrica (CM) y del flujo (FM).
