Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para el diagnóstico del mal funcionamiento de un dispositivo para añadir un aditivo a un combustible de un vehículo que comprende un motor de combustión interna, donde dicho método incluye: un paso de análisis del combustible con el fin de determinar una variación en la cantidad de aditivo en el combustible; un paso de comparación de la variación en la cantidad de aditivo medida durante el paso anterior, con una variación teórica en dicha cantidad; un paso de envío de la información cuando la diferencia entre la variación medida y la variación teórica excede un valor establecido. La invención también se refiere a un sistema para añadir un aditivo al combustible y para la diagnosis de un vehículo que comprende un motor de combustión interna, el cual se destina a implementar dicho método.
