Abstract
Se describe método y aparato para realizar acceso a canal en un sistema WLAN. Un método para gestionar un vector de asignación de red (NAV) por una estación (STA) en un sistema LAN inalámbrica (WLAN) incluye: recibir una trama Fin de CF (período libre de contienda) que incluye un campo de duración; si la trama Fin de CF es una trama Fin de CF de primer tipo, restablecer el NAV; y si la trama Fin de CF es una trama Fin de CF de segundo tipo, determinar si se restablece el valor de NAV de acuerdo con un resultado de comparación entre un valor del campo de duración y un valor de NAV de la STA.
