Abstract
Este dispositivo de detección de objetos en tres dimensiones está provisto de: unidad (31) de conversión de imágenes para convertir el punto de vista de una imagen obtenida por una unidad (10) de captura de imagen para crear una imagen a vista a ojo de pájaro; una unidad (33) de detección de objetos tridimensionales para la generación de información de forma de onda de dirección de la anchura del vehículo, por conteo, a lo largo de la dirección de la anchura del vehículo, un número de píxeles que indican una diferencia predeterminada en una imagen de diferencia en la que toman las posiciones de las imágenes a vista a ojo de pájaro en diferentes momentos que se han alineado, y la formación de una distribución de frecuencias, y para llevar a cabo, sobre la base de la información de forma de onda de dirección de la anchura del vehículo, el procesamiento de detección de la dirección de anchura del vehículo en la que se detectan los objetos tridimensionales que están presentes dentro de un área de detección; una unidad (34) de evaluación de objetos en tres dimensiones para determinar si un objeto detectado tridimensional es otro vehículo que está presente dentro del área de detección; y una unidad (34) de control para especificar una posición de detección para el que se ha obtenido un número de recuento igual a o mayor que un valor predeterminado en el procesamiento de detección de dirección de la anchura del vehículo, y la supresión de la evaluación del objeto tridimensional como otro vehículo para ser detectado cuando la posición de detección especificado se ha movido dentro del área de detección desde el frente hacia la parte posterior en la dirección de avance del vehículo principal y llegado a una posición predeterminada dentro del área de detección.
