Abstract

El producto alimenticio corrugado además comprende un momento de inercia de área alta de entre aproximadamente 20 x ICT8 m3 a aproximadamente 160 x 10-8 m3 con un factor de deshidratación menor que aproximadamente 1.7, que proporciona menos ruptura y más textura. El producto alimenticio corrugado tiene una relación de dureza de 90° a 0° de al menos aproximadamente 2.78 y una relación de 90 a 0° y una característica crujiente de al menos aproximadamente 3.14.
