Abstract
Un sistema de control de refrigerante o de limpiador para uso en un molde de fundición continua para controlar y manipular la interacción de refrigerantes con la pieza de fundición durante la fundición. En algunos aspectos del proceso, el armazón de limpiador se inicia suficientemente alejado del bloque inferior con el objeto de no interferir o provocar/permitir que el refrigerante llegue al bloque inferior; después se mueve rápidamente hacia atrás hacia la pieza de fundición emergente durante el calentamiento transitorio; y después se aleja del molde con la pieza de fundición solidificada a una velocidad controlada hasta una posición de estado estacionario predeterminada o hasta un segundo estado transitorio de la fundición.
