Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo compuesto que tiene un efecto de aceleración de la secreción de ß-defensina, humana LL-37, la cual es un péptido anti5 microbiano derivado de humano, un método para preparar el mismo y una composición para acelerar la secreción del péptido anti-microbiano que tiene el mismo como un ingrediente activo, y el compuesto y la composición usando el mismo de la presente invención mejora el efecto anti-microbiano y el efecto de control de inmunidad que el péptido anti-microbiano tiene en el cuerpo acelerando la secreción del péptido anti-microbiano en el cuerpo. La composición que tiene el compuesto como un ingrediente activo de la presente invención acelera la secreción de péptido anti-microbiano innato en los tejidos y órganos en el cuerpo que incluyen la piel y puede ser administrada a través de varios cursos que incluyen aplicación externa y administración oral, supera el problema de seguridad, el problema de desarrollo de bacteria resistente y las limitaciones de cursos de administración en un agente anti-microbiano convencional, y demuestra acción anti-microbiana efectiva.
