Abstract

La presente invención describe un SCR de recalcadura de una composición química con bajo contenido de carbono novedosa y microestructura así como un método para fabricar el mismo, el cual logra una mejora superior en la vida de fatiga ya que es integral con la sección de tubería de columna ascendente en el área de contacto. El SCR de recalcadura con un bajo contenido de carbono logra sus propiedades deseadas a través del tratamiento térmico al es sometido. La composición química con bajo contenido de carbono novedosa y microestructura comprenden en porcentaje en peso, carbono 0.04-0.10, manganeso 0.40-0.70, silicio 0.15-0.35, cromo 0.40-0.70, molibdeno 0.40- 0.70, níquel 0.10-0.40, nitrógeno 0.008 máx., aluminio 0.010-0.045, azufre 0.005 máx., fósforo 0.020 máx., titanio 0.003-0.020, niobio 0.020-0.035, vanadio no más de 0.10, cobre 0.20 máx., estaño 0.020 máx., y equivalente de carbono 0.43 Max y PCM no más de 0.23 y teniendo un límite elástico de al menos 4569.5 kg/cm2, la resistencia a la tracción final de por lo menos 5413.1 kg/cm2 y una relación de YS/UTS por debajo de 0.89 en el material representando el cuerpo de tubería, la zona de transición y el extremo de recalcadura.
