Abstract
Un dispositivo (10) para soportar y oscilar moldes de moldeo continuo en plantas de moldeo continuo comprende por lo menos un soporte (30) adecuado para soportar un molde (40) de moldeo continuo; el soporte (30) comprende un ensamble fijo (31), fijado a un marco (20) del dispositivo (10) y un ensamble movible (32) que está restringido deslizablemente al ensamble fijo (31) en una dirección vertical (A); el ensamble movible (32) comprende una pluralidad de canales (50, 60) adecuados para permitir que fluya un fluido de enfriamiento hacia y desde un circuito de enfriamiento del molde (40); los canales (50, 60) están alimentados mediante tubos de alimentación dispuestos a lo largo de la dirección vertical (A). El dispositivo (10) comprende además por lo menos un tubo conector (70), adecuado para permitir conectar un tubo de alimentación; el tubo conector 70 tiene forma de T y comprende un primer ducto (71), conectado rígidamente al ensamble movible (32) en dirección horizontal (B), así como un segundo y un tercer ductos (72, 73), que se extienden desde el primer ducto (71) en formas opuestas a lo largo de la dirección vertical (A); los ductos segundo y tercero (72, 73) están conectados respectivamente a primera y segunda porciones extremas (80, 81) del ensamble fijo (31) a través de otros ductos axialmente deformables (100, 101) y que son, respectivamente, un ducto ciego (72) y un ducto (73) de flujo continuo, adecuado para permitir que fluya fluido de enfriamiento hacia los ductos primero y segundo (71, 72). Los ductos segundo y tercero (72, 73) y, de preferencia también el primer ducto (71) del al menos un tubo conector (70), tienen el mismo diámetro de los tubos de alimentación.
