Abstract

本发明提供一种低成本水力平衡装置,包括箱体,箱体具有进液口和出液口,进液口与外管网连通,箱体内具有配重阀,配重阀为中空箱,其外部能将出液口完全遮挡,配重阀内的空腔通过软管与箱体外部的一水银箱连通,水银箱内的水银能流进配重阀内,箱体上具有供配重阀伸出的开口。本发明的有益效果是具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、生产效率。

本发明涉及一种低成本水力平衡装置。
背景技术
在现有的技术中集中供热(冷)等水系统中,常常需要水力平衡装置,作为整个管网的一部分,降低其成本将会使整个管网的成本下降。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种低成本水力平衡装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:低成本水力平衡装置,包括箱体,所述箱体具有进液口和出液口,所述进液口与外管网连通,所述箱体内具有配重阀,所述配重阀为中空箱,其外部能将所述出液口完全遮挡,所述配重阀内的空腔通过软管与所述箱体外部的一水银箱连通,所述水银箱内的水银能流进所述配重阀内,所述箱体上具有供所述配重阀伸出的开口。
还包括挂板,所述挂板上具有多个不同高度的架板,所述水银箱能置于所述架板上。
所述挂板上具有刻度,所述架板对应于所述刻度。
所述配重阀两侧具有导向板,所述导向板上具有能容纳所述配重阀两侧面的凹槽。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、生产效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明提供一种低成本水力平衡装置,包括箱体1,箱体具有进液口和出液口3,进液口与外管网连通,箱体1内具有配重阀2,配重阀2为中空箱,其外部能将出液口3完全遮挡,配重阀2内的空腔通过软管4与箱体外部的一水银箱7连通,水银箱7内的水银能流进配重阀2内,箱体上具有供配重阀伸出的开口。
还包括挂板6,挂板6上具有多个不同高度的架板5,水银箱7能置于架板5上。
挂板6上具有刻度,架板5对应于刻度。不同刻度标示这不同的配重量。
配重阀2两侧具有导向板,导向板上具有能容纳配重阀2两侧面的凹槽。导向板保证了配重阀的移动方向不会发生倾斜。
本实例的工作过程:调节水银箱7的高度,使配重阀的重量发生变化,从而改变配重阀在液面下的高度,达到调节配重阀对出液口遮挡面积的效果。不同的遮挡面积对应不同的出水流量。

1.低成本水力平衡装置,其特征在于:包括箱体,所述箱体具有进液口和出液口,所述进液口与外管网连通,所述箱体内具有配重阀,所述配重阀为中空箱,其外部能将所述出液口完全遮挡,所述配重阀内的空腔通过软管与所述箱体外部的一水银箱连通,所述水银箱内的水银能流进所述配重阀内,所述箱体上具有供所述配重阀伸出的开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:还包括挂板,所述挂板上具有多个不同高度的架板,所述水银箱能置于所述架板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述挂板上具有刻度,所述架板对应于所述刻度。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于:所述配重阀两侧具有导向板,所述导向板上具有能容纳所述配重阀两侧面的凹槽。
