Abstract
Una válvula proporcional de control de flujo que comprende un fuselaje de la válvula (1) y un carrete de válvula. El carrete de válvula es dispuesto debajo del fuselaje de la válvula (1), una placa de cubierta de la válvula (2) se dispone en un extremo superior del carrete de válvula, la parte inferior de la placa de cubierta de la válvula (2) se conecta en un extremo de una barra de conexión (3), una rejilla adujada (4) se monta de manera fija en un extremo inferior de la barra de conexión (3), la rejilla adujada (4) es enrollada por un cable esmaltado (5), el cable esmaltado (5) se conecta a un dispositivo de suministro de energía, un núcleo magnético (6) y un anillo magnético (7) se disponen debajo de la rejilla adujada (4), el anillo magnético (7) rodea el núcleo magnético (6), se mantiene un espacio entre el anillo magnético (7) y el núcleo magnético (6) para formar un campo magnético, la rejilla adujada (4) es pivotada en el núcleo magnético (6) y se dispone en el espacio entre el núcleo magnético (6) y el anillo magnético (7). Después de suministrar energía al cable esmaltado colocado en el campo magnético, una fuerza magnética generada conduce la barra de conexión (3) y la placa de cubierta de la válvula (2) para mover de forma axial, por lo que se controla el abrir y cerrar de un conducto de la válvula. La válvula es aplicable a una maquina de respiración que tiene un suministro de aire de conducción a baja presión, para que cuando la presión del suministro de aire de conducción sea bajo, se pueda asegurar el flujo de aire requerido por trabajo normal de la maquina de respiración. La válvula también tiene ventajas tales como estructura simple, alta velocidad de respuesta, una larga vida útil.
