Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a tampones de elusión y métodos para purificar virus utilizando la cromatografía de permeación en gel. Los métodos son útiles, por ejemplo, para incrementar la recuperación de un virus con una columna de cromatografía de permeación en gel.
