Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a sistemas, métodos y aparatos para la identificación de microorganismos tipo en un cultivo en proporción. Un valor relativo de la normalización se calcula para cada medida respectiva de un estado biológico del cultivo entre (i) la medida respectiva y (ii) un estado biológico inicial. Para cada intervalo fijo de los puntos del tiempo un primer derivado de los valores relativos de la normalización en el intervalo de los puntos del tiempo se calcula, formando de este modo una pluralidad de índices de valores de la transformación. Para cada uno del sistema respectivo de los índices de valores de la transformación en la pluralidad de índices de valores de la transformación, una medida de tendencia central de los índices de valores de la transformación en el sistema se computa, formando de este modo una pluralidad de promedios de los valores relativos de la transformación. Un índice metabólico máximo y un grado de crecimiento, terminados de los valores relativos de la normalización y del promedio del valor de transformación relativo, se comparan contra una tabla de operaciones de búsqueda que acople estos valores a un tipo de microorganismos.
