Abstract

Sistemas, métodos y aparatos para la identificación de microorganismos tipo en un cultivo en proporción. El valor de una relativa normalización se calcula para cada medición respectiva de un estado biológico de un cultivo entre (i) la medición respectiva y (ii) un estado biológico inicial. Para cada intervalo fijo de puntos de tiempo, una primera derivada de la normalización de los valores relativos en el intervalo de puntos de tiempo se calcula, para formar una pluralidad de valores, tasa de transformación. Para cada conjunto de valores la respectiva tasa de transformación en la pluralidad de valores de tasa de transformación, una medida de tendencia central de los valores de tasa de transformación en el conjunto se calcula, para formar una pluralidad de los valores medios de transformación relativa. Un tipo máximo metabólico y una medida del crecimiento, a contar desde la normalización de los valores relativos y los valores medios en relación de transformación, se comparan con una tabla de búsqueda que coincida con estos valores a un tipo de microorganismo.
