Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para tratar un artículo a fin de expandir el lazo de histéresis de composición metálica, capaz de experimentar una transformación reversible entre estados austenítico y martensítico de los cuales se compone, consistiendo el método de retener el artículo en una configuración deformada bajo restricción a una temperatura mayor que su Ms durante un período de tiempo suficiente para ocasionar que sea retenida por lo menos una porción de deformación cuando se remueve la restricción.
