Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para el pretratamiento anti-corrosión de una multiplicidad de componentes en serie, en donde cada componente en la serie al menos tiene parcialmente superficies de zinc y se somete a etapas del proceso sucesivos para la deposición de hierro y para la fosfatación de zinc. En la etapa del proceso para la deposición de hierro, la capa de recubrimiento que será establecida es al menos 10 miligramos de hierro elemental por metro cuadrado de las superficies de zinc. La fosfatación de zinc subsecuente a esta deposición de hierro toma lugar por medio de una composición acuosa acídica la cual además de los iones de zinc, iones de fosfato y fluoruro libre también comprende un constituyente particulado dispersado en el agua el cual es al menos parcialmente compuesto de hopeíta, fosfofilita, scholzita y/o hureaulita, y se proporciona por medio de una dispersión acuosa de estos sólidos cristalinos que se estabiliza con al menos un compuesto orgánico polimérico.
