Abstract
Proporcionar un elemento para la soldadura de elementos de fricción. Para efectuar la soldadura de elementos de fricción de un conjunto de chapas constituido por dos o más chapas de metal, se utiliza un elemento que incluye un mandril columnar redondo para que penetre a presión en el conjunto de chapas; un collar en forma de disco proporcionado en una cara terminal superior del mandril; y un perno cónico que se extiende desde una cara terminal inferior del mandril. El elemento tiene una pluralidad de ranuras de descarga de metal fluidizado arregladas espiralmente en un área plana de la cara terminal inferior del mandril, excluyendo el área plana del perno. De manera alternativa, el elemento puede incluir un mandril columnar redondo que tenga una cara terminal inferior que forme una cara cónica con un ángulo apical am, teniendo la cara cónica uno o más pares de ranuras de descarga de astillas o teniendo además una pluralidad de bordes cortantes, extendiéndose cada una de las ranuras de descarga de astillas en forma curva desde un vértice de la cara cónica.
