Abstract

The invention relates to an assembly comprising: - a container comprising a neck provided with a hooking flange, and - a plugging device comprising: â¿¢ a lower ring (9), â¿¢ a stopper (1); â¿¢ a hinge device (10) connecting the stopper (1) to the lower ring (9); and â¿¢ a locking device designed to lock the stopper (1) when it is in the open tilted position, the locking device comprising a cleat (23) and a protruding portion (24) which protrudes axially from the lower ring (9); the cleat (23) and the protruding portion (24) being designed such that, when the stopper (1) is in the opened tilted position, the protruding portion (24) is clamped between the cleat (23) and the hooking flange.
