Abstract
La presente divulgación proporciona plataformas de purificación que comprenden una etapa de filtro profundo y/o una etapa de cromatografía de interacción hidrófoba (HIC) y/o una etapa de cromatografía de MM-HIC/IEX, y son útiles para proporcionar un método para reducir una tasa de actividad enzimática hidrolítica de una composición obtenida a partir de dichas plataformas de purificación.
