Abstract

Una máquina etiquetadora de contenedores que comprende una banda transportadora (2) de los contenedores (3) que deben de ser etiquetados a lo largo de una trayectoria de avance (2a) y al menos una unidad etiquetadora (5) dispuesta lo largo de una trayectoria de avance (2a) de los contendores (3); la unidad etiquetadora (5) comprende una unidad desenrrolladora (6) adaptada para recoger un listón de etiquetas (7) de un carrete, el cual tiene impreso en el mismo una continuidad de etiquetas (8) que deben de ser aplicadas a los contenedores (3) y para ser alimentadas al listón de etiquetas (7) a un tambor de corte (9) que es provisto, en su superficie lateral, con aberturas de succión (10) para retener el listón de etiquetas (7) en adhesión y provistas con medios de corte para cortar el listón de etiquetas (7) en la región de separación entre dos etiquetas consecutivas (8); el tambor de corte (9) está adaptado para liberar las etiquetas (8), obtenidas después de ser cortadas, a un tambor de transferencia (11) destinado para transferir las etiquetas individuales (8) para que se adhieran a un respectivo contenedor (3) proveniente de la banda transportadora (2); de acuerdo con la invención, el tambor de corte (9) soporta al menos un dispositivo de corte (14) provisto con una respectiva cámara de succión de aire (15) que está sustancialmente abierta en la superficie lateral del tambor de corte (9) y recibe en su interior al menos una cuchilla (16); la cámara de succión (15) se puede conectar a medios de succión de aire (17) para atraer el listón de etiquetas (7) contra la cuchilla (16) para cortar el listón de etiquetas (7).
