Abstract
La invención se refiere al campo de la metalurgia, en particular a las aleaciones a base de aluminio, y puede utilizarse para fabricar piezas fundidas de paredes delgadas y formas complejas mediante fundición en un molde metálico, en particular para componentes de automóviles, partes de dispositivos electrónicos, etc. La aleación de piezas fundidas a base de aluminio contiene, en % en peso: calcio 1.5-5.1; hierro hasta 0.7; silicio hasta 1.0; zinc 0.1-1.8 y, opcionalmente, uno o más de manganeso 0.2-2.5; titanio 0.005- 0.1; circonio 0.05-0.14; cromo 0.05-0.15, con calcio y zinc presentes en la estructura de la aleación principalmente como partículas eutécticas. El resultado técnico es proporcionar la combinación requerida de propiedades de proceso en fundición y resistencia a la corrosión, 3 reivindicaciones de patentes, 3 tablas, 4 anexos, 2 figuras.
