Abstract

Se describen estructuras absorbentes y métodos de fabricación. En una modalidad, una estructura absorbente puede comprender una primera capa, una segunda capa, y una mezcla de partículas y adhesivo entre la primera capa y la segunda capa, en donde las partículas se disponen mayor que 400 g/m² y menor que 600 g/m², en donde el adhesivo se dispone mayor que 4 % y menor que 6 %, en peso, del peso de las partículas, en donde el adhesivo forma una red de malla tridimensional que comprende filamentos adhesivos de red con las partículas inmovilizadas dentro de la red de malla, y los filamentos adhesivos de red que se extienden sustancialmente a lo largo de un espacio tridimensional definido por los filamentos adhesivos de red y las partículas, la estructura que tiene un valor del % de coeficiente de variabilidad del nivel de gris (% de COV del GL) menor que o igual a 34.5, de acuerdo con el Método de prueba de uniformidad de almohadilla.
