Abstract
[Problem] To provide a compact, low-cost, and energy-saving chiller. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a single tank 1; a single pump 2; a plurality of coolant circuits 3, 4 that cool a plurality of loads individually; and a refrigeration circuit 5. The plurality of coolant circuits 3, 4 and the refrigeration circuit 5 are interconnected via separate heat exchangers 6, 7, the cooling capacity of which can be individually controlled. The first heat exchanger 6, which connects the first coolant circuit 3 and the refrigeration circuit 5, adjusts the temperature of the coolant to be returned from a first load W1 and a second load W2 to the tank 1, and the second heat exchanger 7, which connects the second coolant circuit 4 and the refrigeration circuit 5, adjusts the temperature of the coolant to be supplied from the tank 1 to the second load W2.
