Abstract
La presente invención es concerniente con un método para la producción capa por capa de un cuerpo conformado tridimensional curado, en donde el método comprende por lo menos: (i) proveer un aglutinante que comprende por lo menos los siguientes componentes: a) alcohol furfurílico monomérico y opcionalmente un componente de resina que comprende por lo menos una resina de furano, en donde aproximadamente 60% en peso a 100% en peso de alcohol furfurílico monomérico, en base a la suma del alcohol furfurílico monomérico y componente de resina están presentes en el aglutinante y b) un componente endurecedor seleccionado de ácido metansulfónico, ácido bencensulfónico y mezclas de los mismos, (ii) proveer una capa de un material de moldeo refractario para proveer una capa de material de moldeo, (iii) aplicar selectivamente un componente a) o b) del aglutinante por separado del material de moldeo refractario a por lo menos una parte de la capa de material de moldeo, (iv) aplicar el otro componente del aglutinante por separado del componente mencionado en el paso (iii), en donde el paso (iv) se puede llevar a cabo antes o después del paso (iii) o el paso (iv) se puede combinar con el paso (ii) y (v) opcionalmente repetir los pasos (ii), (iii) y (iv) una o varias veces. También se describen cuerpos formados que se pueden obtener, también como su uso.
