Abstract

Un sistema y método para mover pilas de cajas de cartón de un palet a una posición de recepción, donde el sistema comprende un robot industrial provisto con una cabeza de agarre, donde el sistema comprende al menos una posición para un palet que sostiene varias pilas de cajas de cartón, una posición de recepción dispuesta para recibir una pila de cajas de cartón en una orientación vertical, y un contenedor de basura para recibir las correas de sujeción cortadas, donde una pila de cajas de cartón se mueve de una posición horizontal en el palet a una posición vertical en la posición de recepción por el robot, donde la correa se corta por la cabeza de agarre en la posición de recepción, y que la correa se sujeta por la cabeza de agarre y se mueve al contenedor de basura, donde la correa se suelta en el contenedor de basura. La ventaja de la invención es que una pila de cajas de cartón se puede mover a una posición vertical en una transportadora.
