Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al campo de la inmuno-terapia. En particular, la presente invención se refiere a un receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR) específico para CD45RC humano, a células inmunes que expresan dicho CAR y al uso del mismo como un medicamento, en particular para prevenir o tratar enfermedades relacionadas con CD45RCalto (incluyendo enfermedades autoinmunes, respuestas inmunitarias no deseadas, enfermedades monogénicas, linfoma o cáncer), o enfermedad de injerto contra huésped (GVHD).
