Abstract
La presente invención está dirigida a kits y métodos para detectar y discriminar los patógenos objetivo del virus de la influenza A y el virus de la influenza B y, opcionalmente, el virus sincitial respiratorioen una muestra y a los dispositivos que contienen dichos kits y para usar en dichos métodos. La invención emplea enzimas de restricción, polimerasa y cebadores de oligonucleótidos para producir, en presencia de un patógeno objetivo, un producto de amplificación que se pone en contacto con sondas de oligonucleótidos para producir una especie detectora.
