Abstract

Las modalidades del presente documento se refieren a sistemas de monitorización de combustible y a los métodos relacionados. En una modalidad, se incluye un sistema de monitorización de combustible para un vehículo que tiene un dispositivo sensor de filtro de combustible configurado para generar datos que reflejan un valor de restricción de filtro de un filtro de combustible, un circuito de geolocalización configurado para generar o recibir datos de geolocalización y un circuito de control de sistema configurado para evaluar los datos de sensores y determinar los cambios en el valor de restricción de filtro. El circuito de control puede recibir datos de nivel de combustible, datos de geolocalización de referencia cruzada y datos de nivel de combustible para identificar las localizaciones de repostaje usadas y correlacionar las localizaciones de repostaje con los cambios posteriores en la restricción de filtro para identificar un efecto de las localizaciones de repostaje específicas en la carga de filtro de combustible.
