Abstract

Se describe un reactor de lecho fluidizado y una tubería de agua para remoción de calor y aplicación de los mismos en la producción de acrilonitrilo; el reactor de lecho fluidizado comprende por lo menos una sección de enfriamiento de reacción y un componente interior vertical provisto en la sección de enfriamiento de reacción; donde, en una sección transversal que es transversal y perpendicular a un eje central del reactor de lecho fluidizado, un área de la sección transversal de la sección de enfriamiento de reacción se designa como S1 (expresada en una unidad de m2) y una circunferencia de contorno exterior de la sección transversal del componente interior vertical se designa como L1 (expresada en una unidad de m), L1/S1 = 2.0-4.3 m-1; el reactor de lecho fluidizado puede promover la rotura de las burbujas tan pronto como sea posible y limitar eficazmente el crecimiento de las burbujas.
