Abstract
Método para escanear la superficie de piezas de trabajo metálicas, en donde, durante un proceso de escaneo (AP), un soplete para soldar con un hilo de soldadura consumible se mueve sobre y hacia la superficie de la pieza de trabajo, hasta que se detecta el contacto del hilo de soldadura con la pieza de trabajo, y el hilo de soldadura se aleja posteriormente de la pieza de trabajo nuevamente, en donde antes del proceso de escaneo (AP), se lleva a cabo un proceso de remoción de escoria (SE) para remover la escoria al final del hilo de soldadura, en donde la corriente de soldadura se reduce al mínimo, y el hilo de soldadura se mueve cíclicamente con un movimiento rápido recurrente hacia adelante/atrás en un tramo de la trayectoria especificada en la dirección de la pieza de trabajo, y por una distancia más pequeña lejos de la pieza de trabajo nuevamente, hasta que se detecta un cortocircuito (KS) entre el hilo de soldadura y la pieza de trabajo, después de lo cual se termina el proceso de remoción de escoria (SE), y al detectar que no hay cortocircuito (KS), la remoción de escoria proceso (SE) se repite, y al detectar varios cortocircuitos (KS) uno tras otro, finaliza el proceso de remoción de escoria (SE).
