Abstract

Una herramienta de estampado en caliente que incluye una matriz de recocido y una matriz de formación en caliente. Una pieza en tosco es colocada en la matriz de formación en caliente con un primer brazo de transferencia donde esta sea formada y enfriada rápido en una parte conformada. La parte conformada después es movida de la matriz de formación en caliente a la matriz de recocido con un segundo brazo de transferencia. La matriz de recocido incluye un elemento de calentamiento que calienta una porción de la parte conformada hasta el punto de recocido para formar una parte recocida. La parte recocida incluye una porción no recocida y una porción recocida con una zona de transición entre la porción recocida y la porción no recocida. La porción recocida después puede deformarse.
