Abstract

Un método implementado por un decodificador de video y que comprende: recibir, por el decodificador de video, un flujo de bits de video que comprende una bandera RPL, en donde la bandera RPL igual a un primer valor especifica que está presente señalización RPL en una cabecera de imagen (PH), y en donde la bandera RPL igual a un segundo valor especifica que no está presente señalización RPL en la PH y puede estar presente en cabeceras de sector; y decodificar, por el decodificador de video usando la bandera RPL, una imagen codificada para obtener una imagen decodificada. Un método implementado por un decodificador de video y que comprende: recibir, por el decodificador de video, un flujo de bits de video que comprende una bandera SAO, en donde la bandera SAO especifica que la información SAO puede estar presente o no está presente en una PH o especifica que la información SAO puede estar presente o no está presente en cabeceras de sector; y decodificar, por el decodificador de video usando la bandera SAO, una imagen codificada para obtener una imagen decodificada.
