Abstract
Se proporciona un método para decodificar una corriente de bits de video codificada implementada por un decodificador de video; el método incluye recibir, a través de un receptor del decodificador de video, una imagen de punto de acceso intra aleatorio (IRAP) mezclada incluyendo una primera sub-imagen y una segunda sub-imagen, en donde la primera subimagen es una imagen IRAP y la segunda sub-imagen es una sub-imagen no-IRAP; recibir, a través del receptor; una lista de imágenes de referencia RPL) para la imagen IRAP mezclada; decodificar, a través de un procesador del decodificador de video, la segunda sub-imagen utilizando la RPL; y generar, a través del procesador, una imagen basada en la segunda subimagen tal como se decodifica. También se proporciona un método de codificación correspondiente.
