Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método y aparato para codificar y decodificar una imagen para señalar la información sobre un encabezado de imagen y subimagen, y un método para transmitir un flujo de bits. El método de decodificación de imagen de conformidad con la presente descripción puede incluir adquirir una primer bandera que especifica sí la información sobre una subimagen está presente en un flujo de bits, adquirir una segunda bandera que especifica sí la información de encabezado de imagen está presente en un encabezado de segmento, y decodificar el flujo de bits basado en la primer bandera y la segunda bandera. Cuando la primer bandera especifica que la información sobre la subimagen está presente en el flujo de bits, la segunda bandera puede tener un valor que especifica que la información de encabezado de imagen no está presente en el encabezado de imagen.
