Abstract
Se proporciona un método y aparato de codificación/decodificación de imagen. El método de decodificación de imagen comprende obtener, a partir de un flujo de bits, información del tipo de unidad de capa de abstracción de red (NAL) de la capa de codificación de video (VCL) de una imagen actual y primera información de bandera que especifica sí una subimagen incluida en la imagen actual es tratada como una imagen, determinando un tipo de unidad NAL de cada una de una pluralidad de segmentos incluidos en la imagen actual, basado en la información del tipo de unidad NAL VCL obtenida, y decodificar la pluralidad de segmentos basado en el tipo de unidad NAL determinada y la primera información de bandera. La imagen actual puede comprender dos o más subimágenes basada en al menos alguna de la pluralidad de segmentos que tienen diferentes tipos de unidad NAL, y la primera información de bandera puede tener un valor predeterminado que especifica que cada una de las dos o más subimágenes es tratada como una imagen basada en al menos alguna de la pluralidad de segmentos que tienen diferentes tipos de unidad NAL.
