Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un hidrogel biofuncional tridimensional apropiado para la multiplicación de células intestinales aisladas recientemente o congeladas y la formación de organoides intestinales a partir de ellas, que evita el uso de una matriz derivada de manera natural como Matrigel y proporciona organoides intestinales apropiados para aplicaciones clínicas y generado de manera comercialmente factible. La presente invención también se refiere a un kit de partes que contienen dicho hidrogel en combinación con un medio de cultivo adecuado y a un método para hacer organoides y multiplicar células a partir de células intestinales aisladas recientemente o congeladas con dicho kit de part.
