Abstract
El método para separar granos de minerales valiosos, metales preciosos, metales de tierras raras, piedras preciosas y semipreciosas a partir de las menas naturales en un medio acuoso mediante el fenómeno de la adhesión comprende las siguientes etapas consecutivas: - separación inicial consistente en el cribado de fracciones de hasta 5000µm de depósitos aluviales (escombros) de mena o la trituración del mineral primario (roca) hasta una fracción que provoque la separación de los minerales valiosos de la ganga y, si procede, la separación de los materiales ferromagnéticos de la mena mediante un método conocido; - formación de la suspensión mediante la mezcla de la fracción de mena inicialmente separada con un líquido; - adsorción de los minerales valiosos desde la suspensión en el revestimiento adhesivo, así como la recuperación del agua del proceso; - desorción de las partículas de minerales valiosos del revestimiento adhesivo, que según la invención, se caracteriza por el hecho de que se utiliza lanolina o sus mezclas con aditivos para la formación del revestimiento adhesivo en el separador, en donde el contenido de lanolina en la mezcla no puede ser inferior al 80%.
