Abstract

Se divulgan sistemas para tratar un sustrato que comprenden una composición desoxidante y una composición de recubrimiento. Una composición desoxidante comprende un metal del grupo IVA y/o un metal del grupo IVB y fluoruro libre, opcionalmente puede comprender un homopolímero o copolímero que comprende una subunidad monomérica que contiene fósforo y tiene un pH de 1.0 a 3.0. La composición de recubrimiento comprende los componentes primero y segundo y partículas elastoméricas. El primer componente comprende un compuesto que contiene epoxi (E1) y/o un aducto con funcionalidad epóxido (E2). El segundo componente comprende una diamina y/o una poliamina que comprende un anillo cíclico (A2) y/o un aducto con funcionalidad amina (A3). La presente invención también se refiere a métodos para elaborar las composiciones, métodos para el recubrimiento de un sustrato y sustratos recubiertos.
