Abstract
Se describe un marcador implantable para marcar una región de tejido intracorpóreo de un animal o humano, en donde dicho marcador implantable tiene por lo menos un hilo producido de material biocompatible y que tiene una forma tridimensional estampada en éste en el curso de un procedimiento de formado, en donde el hilo adopta esta forma tridimensional después de que cesa una restricción externa mecánica que forzó a tal hilo a adoptar una forma tridimensional compactada; la invención se caracteriza porque la forma tridimensional estampada en el hilo comprende por lo menos dos ojetes de hilo fijos, cada uno formado por al menos un devanado helicoidal del hilo y en donde su forma y/o posición espacial relativa son distintas en la forma tridimensional compactada a la que son forzados por la restricción mecánica externa y es la forma tridimensional adoptada después de que cesa la restricción mecánica.
