Abstract

En la presente descripción se proporcionan métodos para aislar ácidos nucleicos de células intactas en una muestra de células intactas, células muertas contaminantes, restos celulares y biopelícula mediante el uso dos etapas de separación, ya sea por centrifugación o filtración, realizadas en forma secuencial. También se proporciona un método para aislar ácidos nucleicos de células intactas mediante el uso de una primera etapa de separación seguido de tratamiento con una nucleasa y luego una segunda etapa de separación.
