Abstract
Sistema de protección frente a un viento incidente en una instalación fotovoltaica y método de protección de una instalación fotovoltaica frente a daños causados por un viento incidente. El sistema de protección de una instalación fotovoltaica que comprende una pluralidad de hileras paralelas y separadas entre sí de seguidores solares (20) que comprenden un eje central (21) unido a soportes (22) mediante acoplamientos (25) y soportando paneles fotovoltaicos (23); y al menos un dispositivo accionador (24) cinemáticamente conectado al eje central (21) para modificar su posición angular; donde al menos una hilera (11, 12) comprende una barrera deflectora (30) debajo de los paneles fotovoltaicos (23) y entre los soportes (22), cubriendo entre un 40% y un 65% de la distancia (D) existente entre el eje central (21) y el suelo, definiendo un pasaje (P) entre la barrera deflectora (30) y el eje central (21), para redireccionar el viento incidente.
