Abstract
This invention constitutes an inclined mounting system for photovoltaic panels with wind protection, comprising a panel mounting frame, a frame mounting base (convex or vertical to the ground), at least one compression/expansion element, and mounting struts/supports (mounting rods or retaining wire ropes) with the purpose of protecting the entire photovoltaic installation against extreme weather conditions (high winds, heavy snowstorm) with low production and installation costs. This invention constitutes a technical solution through which extreme weather conditions are addressed by the photovoltaic panel mounting system itself (mobile or fixed).
Claims
1. Inclined mounting system for photovoltaic panels with passive wind protection featuring a panel mounting frame (1 ), comprising at least one horizontal beam (2) with drive mechanisms (7) with respect to the horizontal axis, where said beam (2) is supported by at least two beams vertical thereto (3) and the frame (1 ) is attached to a frame mounting base (convex or vertical to the ground - 4) by means of at least one compression/expansion element (5) and two struts (mounting rods or retaining wire ropes - 6).
2. Inclined mounting system for photovoltaic panels with passive wind protection in accordance with claim 1 , featuring passive drive mechanisms (no sensor, motor or control system - 7) with respect to the horizontal axis which hold two or more rows of photovoltaic panels on their upper part. By means of the drive mechanisms (7), the lower part of the photovoltaic panels can be raised in case of extreme weather conditions.
3. Inclined mounting system for photovoltaic panels with passive wind protection in accordance with claim 1 , featuring at least one flexible torsion element (5) that connects the panel mounting frame (1 ) to the convex frame mounting base (4).
