Abstract
Un dispositivo de impulso, un instrumento quirúrgico, y un método de operación del instrumento quirúrgico. El dispositivo de impulso se impulsa mediante un montaje de potencia. El dispositivo de impulso comprende un primer montaje de impulso y un primer montaje de conversión de movimiento. El primer montaje de impulso comprende una primera estructura de carrera efectiva y una primera estructura de carrera inactiva. El dispositivo de impulso tiene un primer estado y un segundo estado. En el primer estado, el montaje de potencia está acoplado con la primera estructura de carrera efectiva, y la primera estructura de carrera efectiva impulsa el primer montaje de conversión de movimiento; en el segundo estado, el montaje de potencia está acoplado con la primera estructura de carrera inactiva, y el primer montaje de conversión de movimiento está desacoplado del impulso del montaje de potencia. En el segundo estado, el primer montaje de conversión de movimiento está desacoplado del impulso del montaje de potencia, de modo que una fuerza inversa recibida por el montaje de conversión de movimiento no se transmita al montaje de potencia mediante el primer montaje de impulso, evitando de ese modo el impacto de la misma en la eficacia de impulso del dispositivo de impulso.
